The latest addition to RIIPL's infrastructure is its all new Powder Coating Plant located at UNIT II, Thirumudivakkam. Powder Coating is an advanced environment friendly finishing method introduced in past 100 years and it offers superior finish compared to other processes. With this technology, we are able to reduce VOC emissions and paint sludge waste to zero. Also we are also able to avoid paint shop rejections like run down, bubbles etc as there is basically no wet application. Raini's new plant is configured to achieve the best coating quality through conveyorized processes suitable for high volumes of small and large components. It features a 5 tank Dip PT setup with transporter conveyor. The powder coating booth and powder baking oven are connected by a conveyor which aids in achieving uniform and high quality coating.
This Powder Coating Plant was inaugurated by our honorable Managing Director Thiru. L. Rathnaraj in February this year.
