Sr. Design Engineer

Design & Tool Room

Responsibilities Include
 

  • Design commercial and engineering products as per customer specifications / requirements.

  • Maintain and contribute significantly to ISO documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design gauges, solve design challenges, suggest alternate designs etc. as and when required

  • Join discussions with customers to understand technical specifications and product application

  • Draft DFM reports and Project timelines for manufacture of tools and dies.

  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Hands-on and engaged style

  • Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
     

Basic Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  • 2-5 years of experience in Unigraphics NX

  • Basic tooling knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication

 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Certifications relevant to solid or surface modelling

  • Certifications relevant to product/tool design

Machine Operator

Injection Moulding

Responsibilities Include
 

  • Operate injection moulding machine

  • Mould loading and machine setting knowledge (preferred)

  • Conduct basic quality check of injection moulded part with reference to approved part

  • Count and pack/store parts as instructed

  • Fill basic ISO documentation relevant to moulding

  • Practice basic safety and industrial culture

  • Strong dedication

  • Willingness to learn

  • Ability to use good judgment when working in stressful situations
     

Basic Qualifications
 

  • SSLC / +2 / ITI

  • Basic ability to count and fill moulding documentation

 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • ITI
